Initially my issue was my computer would blue screen every time it started up not in safe mode, I think I solved this issue by uninstalling my audio driver and reinstalling via the CD. As it doesn't do this now I'm not worried about it, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Ok so getting to my actual issue,
I'm having the issue of no sound. I've got a Sound Blaster X-fi installed and it isn't listed in my device manager at all. Also have a ! under Audio Device on High Definition Audio Bus in Other devices.
