Is there a way that I can reformat my seagate external hard drive from my mac back to PC?

If you go to this site and download Seatools for dos you can make a diagnostics boot disk which includes the facility to run a low level format. Just click on Seatools in the list and it will take you to the download page where you will also find a link for instructions.
