I just installed a new mobo, but when I turn the computer on it reboots by itself every five seconds or so. I've looked everything over 10 times, can't figure out the problem. maybe someone else can shed some light on this.

Have you got a Speaker plug, plugged in the mobo to give you BIOS beep codes. Thats a easier way to troubleshoot if you have one.
i plugged speakers in. no beeps.

If it beeps without RAM installed it might be motherboard fault.
still didn't beep

Did you place the Mobo on the silver or gold raisers to prevent it short circuiting.
yep. did that.
motherboard is Zotac Nforce 610i
power supply is ISO-400
it stays on now with the mobo disc in the cd drive, but it wont pass the post screen.
