Log .exe Actions

I'm having a problem with a program starting. I was wondering if there was a way that i could log the programs boot to see where the problem might be. Like be able to watch the command lines as the program gathers its resources to start, or monitor it's actions. I'm not quite sure how to explain it but if you have an idea of what I'm looking for, any help would be appreciated.

I am not sure of any way to do what you are asking. But, I may be able to help to diagnose why a particular program won't start.

What is the full name of the program?

Alright, It was the Crytek Sandbox2 Editor. I fixed the issue, DirectX wasn't initializing properly. I reinstalled it and the program is working fine =]
