I have a sony pcv-rs620g computer, windows XP, and a view sonic monitor. Every time I try and play a video the screen goes full screen with no way to get back without restarting the computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also never gives me any controls to do anything!!!!!! What am I doing wrong? Please HELP!!!!!!

Sounds like your video player preferences are set to full screen. Typical hot keys ( not all players obviously)
escape = leave full screen mode
space bar = start/stop I think WMP uses return instead.
control Q = quit application
2 things to try:
Launch a video and hit escape, see if this reduces the screen and will allow you to chech your preferences.
or
Launch player w/o a video and see if it comes up normal size & verify your prefs.
If none of this works, please tell me what player you are using.

WMP hot keys that might help.
Alt 1 should reduce the video size to 50%.
Ctrl M should give you menu controls.

I bet Sony has set them up to run in full screen. You just have to change the configuration.
