Windows XP maintaining DSL connection

Hi,

I have a problem that just started recently. It used to work fine, so I'm guessing it's some Windows setting or something that may have changed.

The problem is that if I am connected to the internet via my ADSL (PPPoE) connection in Windows XP, whenever I switch users, it disconnects it. It does this even if I have logged out of the first user and and chose not to close the connection. I used to be abel to fast switch between users and the connection would be maintained.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Nightweaver
