start to save your pennies
(um...ok....if you save 120-150 pennies a day,
you should have enough money to buy it
on the day it hits the shelf)

Personally I'm more excited over the announcement that Neverwinter Nights has gone gold. I'm tired of FPS:s, but at the same time longing for intense online gaming - hopefully Neverwinter Nights will complement the Single Player addiction that's named Morrowind.
But Warcraft III looks sweet as well. This is going to be the Summer of Non-Stop Gaming.

Already pre-paid my copy of Warcraft III - even though I said I wouldn't buy it because battle.net sucks so bad. Hmmmm - a moment of weakness

At least they fixed the starcraft under winXP latency problem with a starcraft patch. I remember before that patch I had about 15 seconds to get into a game otherwise I'd show up as 6r lag, when I was on a very fast connection.

The CD is gold - but your seller may get into trouble for giving you the CD so early. Lots of resellers have the CD already but are not allowed to sell it till July 3.

That stuff comes with the collector's edition

The regular version only has the hybrid disc for the game and the instruction book.

Started playing this game just yesterday, and this far I must say that I'm impressed!

Though I'll wait with my final judgment since I've only just started playing....

I second that!
Just bought the game yesterday, and so far it's looking great!

Though my only problem is that it doesn't quite like my V5...

It crashes when I try to start a campaign, but not when I play custom games... (Guess it has to do with the movieplayback...)

But aside from that (and the fact that I can't use the tutorial), it's a great game.... I've so far wasted over 5 hours on custom games, and are slowly learning...

This is a game I've been waiting for since the expansion pack to WC2, and I don't feel let down....

For those of you who has the game, try the critter custom game scenario.... Quite fun!

As for those of you who haven't bought it yet, what are you waiting for?

And for those of you who're wondering, I'm not back yet

Well, now I've played through more than 50% of the game and I'm still as impressed as before!

There is just one small thing that bugs me, the "in game" movies. It looks quite ridiculous when the people and critters hop around in their pixelated 3D world, because for one they really are blocky, and for two I don't think Blizzard spent one minute on trying to make the characters move life like...

Other than that one minor issue I'm sold with this game, it's a big game that you won't finish in an afternoon and the story is well written, also the cinematics are mind gobbling, they really hold Blizzards standard!

So what are you waiting for? Go buy this game now and start playing!

I've been really pleased with the game too. While the in-game "movies" might not be all that impressive, the actual MOVIES are! That's some nice 3d work Blizzard has done.

I'm in the last campaign - Night Elves - and I'm looking forward to seeing how this all ends.

Battle.net has been a pretty good experience as well... Much better than Starcraft. It seems like Blizzard designed it to minimize cheese and aim for better game experiences.

Blizzard

So far Blizzard has done for warcraft III everything it was hyped up to and more. When viewing it with a 1.2 ghz computer and top of the line nvidia graphics card It is smooth with two oo oos in the middle.

I hope Blizzard makes a Starcraft 2 because I know it will sell even better than Warcraft 3.
