GeForce 5200 monitor blank

I know others have had this problem and its been addressed , only not to someone as unknowledgeable as I am.
I have an HP 700mhz intel810 chipset , integrated graphics ,xp pro
added the pci(no agp slot) card geforce 5200 and when i reboot the screen is blank.I removed it and all the drivers and re-enabled the integrated graphics. When I put the card back in it reboots but the screen is back to blank. I need step by step help. Please ! :confused:
 
geforce5200 spontaneous reboots HELP!

I got it installed ,I was kinda disappointed I didn't get a reply :( I didn't have the monitor plugged into the video card , disabled the integrated graphics and put in the install CD. Now the only problem I have is the random ,spontaneous reboots.
 
I Didn't Like My FX 5200

I purchased a PNY GeForce FX 5200 Ultra, AGP, 128 MB video card and returned it.

It worked fine for 2D graphics, but really sucked for gaming. Most games it would freeze up after a few minutes and I'd have to reboot. It really is a low end video card.

I purchased an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro and I'm extremely pleased with the performance :D .
