Could somebody please give any advice for the following problem?
I have just installed sp2 and basically I can not access any of the administrative tools from the control panel. When I click on one of the tools the following message appears: -
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
I am running XP home edition, and before the installation of sp2 I did have administrator permissions.
Without removing/un-installing sp2, is there anything I can do in order to access the tools?
Any help much appreciated.
