Media Player 10 - Error SIB18-2

Hi,

Just downloaded Music Manager for Media Player 10, and when I hit the Radio tab I get the following error message:

'There was a problem loading the correct translations, please close Music Manager and try again(sib18-2)'

:hotbounce

Anyone got any ideas what this means and how to overcome it?

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks Simon

Possibly the download was corrupt.

Either redownload it and if you still have problems do a system restore.

I had loads of problems with WMP10 I ended up going back to WMP9 no problems since.

Thanks Howard,

Already given this a try, even reloaded Media Player, but still get same message.

Has anyone any idea where I could seek more advise?

Thanks

Sorted. The problem links to Norton 2004, I disabled the system, started up Music Manager, and the set up completed. I then re-enabled Norton, and the error was resolved!
