I think that
1) your post is missing characters and
2) the card is adequate if you don't run the most demanding games with high resolutions.

Stay away from any card with 64bit memory. It cripples the card. How about this one http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=14-127-154&depa=0
Also check Ebay. You can find a nice 9000 Pro for less than $60 and a 9500 for about $60-70.
