Does anyone know when Dell's current agreement with Intel expires? Closer to AMD?

Hi all,

I'm curious if anyone out there knows when Dell's current arrangement with Intel as a sole supplier will expire?

If not, does anyone know if this is renewed every year, or if it's longer term.

I can't understand why they don't offer AMD chips in their servers, and am trying to get some insight into this.

Dell has said & keeps saying that it doesn't offer AMD systems because the clients do not ask for it. Intel are giving them many benefits via the "Intel Inside" program & unless AMD can come up with such a system, Dell won't be going AMD in a while. :monkey:
