How to get rid of macromedia permanently on my pc
I am not computer savvy but I wanted to know how to get rid of macromedia. I keep getting the message, "A script in this movie is causing Macromedia Flash Player 7 to run slowly.Do I want to abort the script?" I don't know what this is about but it is causing my computer to be extremely slow. I have had this problem checked out and of course it never comes up then......it usually comes up when I am in between screens. It is never one particular website. Can you help me? Please speak in general computer language because I am far from being a enthusiast...LOL!
