I recieved my new computer then insatlled my 6800 ultra as directed in manual, then installed my drivers after it working fine for about 10 minutes it shut off i opened my computer up took video card out and it turned back on??? i tried other older video cards and it does the same its almost like it inturpts the power? HELP

Hello and welcome to Techspot.
It maybe that your psu is not up to the job.
On the otherhand it could be something else.
If you would care to enter your system specs in user profile at the top of the page(click edit profile) we might have more to go on.

Do U Have another Machine u can try the card
on...?
or do u have another card u can try in your machine
mayby something not that power hungry
Or mayby disconnect a optical drive or so and see
if that makes a difference, then u know if it's got
something to do with your power consumption

Have you disabled any onboard graphics if any?
When you say that your computer shuts off do you mean reboots?
If so right click my computer and select properties then the advanced tab and under startup and recovery click on settings and uncheck the box that says automatically restart then apply then ok.
Now instead of your computer rebooting you should receive an error message telling you what caused the problem.
Pay particular attention to any drivers identified in the stop message.
Also I would suggest downloading Motherboard monitor(MBM5) you can get it from www.majorgeeks.com
Once you have installed it check your cpu temps just in case it`s a heat issue.

No sorry 
it doesnt reboot it just shuts off and wont turn on with the video card in... and i didnt uninstall the onboard graphics and i cant do it because the moniter plug is the same exact one thats on my motherbaord so that doesnt work.

In that case go with the Motherboard monitor and let us know the results.
You might also want to check your event viewer for any errors.

Well if I was you here`s what I would do.
I`d try the video card in another system in order to see if it`s a problem with your agp slot.
I`d also try another card in your system to see if it`s your card that is faulty.
Other than that I don`t really have any other suggestions.
