System Restore does NOT list my system drive

Recently used Ghost to upgrade OS drive to a larger drive. Just noticed that system restore now only lists 2 of the 3 hdd's installed on my rig, the missing drive being the system drive. Any ideas? Thanks

EDIT: I should add that system restore now thinks that my D: drive, which contains only 1 very large windows backup file, is my system drive.
