Help installing Windows XP on new second hard drive

I need help on installing windows xp on a new SATA hard drive I bought. I want to use that as my main hard drive, and I'm not sure how to do so. My computer recognizes my new hard drive and I can use it, but I want it to be my main drive. I tried to install Windows XP and in the setup dialog, it doesn't list my new hard drive to install windows there. Is there anyone who can help me? Thank you.

Well if you want.. take out the hard drive with windows on it and just put the other Hard drive in and do a regular install(** hit f12 , boot from cd** since you wouldnt have a OS on it yet.. then install it, put ur other hard drive it.. specfiy new hd to boot from evertime and it should work.
