Ok, my little brother has a gamecube that has recently stopped working. The problems are as follows:
1. boot up, can hear clicking disc doesnt spin
2. before i used to just reset or turn power on and off, and it would eventually read it......could the disc spindle have gone bad or the motor?

Call Nintendo of NA. They'll fix it. FWIW, Gamecube is the sturdiest console I've ever had. Dropped it from a feet. Not a hiccup.

I find this system is very un-sturdy, as my little brother has had many problems with it, and btw if i have nintendo fix it, it costs $50 since its out of warranty, i could go down and get a used one for $60......there has to be some way to fix this.
