I [B]think[/B] I'm in the right place to say this.
I have very recently gone over to Wanadoo Anytime, [previously Freeserve]& can't sing their praises enough!, the on-line support is [B]very[/B] good, contact is so easy.
My last one was awful, I had been with them for two years, & sending e-mails in the last few months was a big problem, when the teamed up with Tiscali, then I couldn't send e-mails, unless I did it through Tiscali, I call that [U]blackmail![/U] so I left.
Has this, or something similar happened to others?, They, [Tiscali] have already been reported to Oftel for other things, & I am considering going there to report my greivance, what do members think?
