PSU looks like upside down?
my psu looks like it should be mounted upside down, then the other fan would be pointing downwards into the case....and not pointing upwards 2cm away from the top of the case...... :S or should i just install it the way it looks like it should be?

I have a power supply with the same thing its the ULtra modular one, i installed it with the fan facing down get a lil bit more air flow into my computer as well. I would reinstall it if i were you unless its a big hassle....

Dual fan power supplies should to my knowledge have the fan facing down into the computer, because that fan sucks up hot air and the rear fan blows it out. You could open ur PSU and turn the fans over to draw air in from the back, but best cooling results are drawing cool air in from the lower front, and out the upper back.

Correct, that's because heat rises.
Dual-fan PSUs have the fan facing down and the other in the back. It sucks hot air from CPU to the back, out of the PSU. Unless you have a very new BTX PSU... |
