HELP ME with my dsl connection

hi guys.

i am using a dsl connection in the UAE with LUCENT 20A-usb ADSL WAN modem

my dsl is supposed to be 512kbps, but the max download speed i could get is 62 kbps.

all the 512dsl users have this problem

Are you sure you can you tell the difference between b and B?
512 kilobits equals 64 kilobytes
