Temp...Where?

Sorry if this has been discussed elswhere, but I'm new to the forum and am curious about how I can find out about what my computer temperature is and/or how high my power supply can go?
Thanks...

http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/ is a handy calculator for PSU needs. You can check CPU temp in BIOS but better yet find a reliable download somewhere like Tom's Hardware Guide. My ASUS came with a couple of different probes so check your MOBO manufacturer's website for a utility download that will give you the info.
