Firefox Movie Downloading problem
www.ebaumsworld.com funny website...has some videos on it that u know that when u LEFT CLICK on them it asks if u want to save to disk or open with windows media player...well it was working fine now whenever I click on it an all white page comes up saying whatever the name of the movie is and then (video/x-ms-wmv Object) up at the top of the window and then after that comes up it will just go right back to the page where I click to download the movie...so I reninstalled firefox and it keeps doing the same thing...Internet Explorer works for em though...

Firefox does not always do downloads well.I think partly because a lot of sites are not set up for it.I have had this issue a number of times before I started using Fresh Download. It integrates well with Firefox and it is easy to switch when it comes up against a bad site(Hold the Alt button and click the Download icon to circumvent Fresh Download)
FD is also Free. |

Your Windows Media Player plugin for Firefox is acting up. Un- or reinstall it.
