Photo or picture programs??

I am just looking for an easy program that I can edit and save my photos and pictures to different formats...JPEG, GIF, BMP... besides Adobe Photoshop...

One programme I use a lot is Arcsoft`s Photoimpression.

It is easy to use, and has some very good features etc.

I have used it to good effect for restoring old photographs.

Check it out HERE

Assuming you want something small and free..

How about MS Paint? It can edit and save in all those formats..
Then there is Photo Editor that comes with older versions of MS Office. Best program in the Office suite IMO (of course they removed it now)
IrfanView is a great program and definently the most popular in the free sotware category.

If you want something really powerful then Gimp is the open source alternative to Photoshop.

I agree with Nodsu, Irfanview works very well.
