Are u smart Enough?

I just downloaded Direct X 9.0c but when I opened it it said that it has a internal error pls check the directx.log in the windows folder. Pls is anyone smart enough to help me with this.

What version of DirectX are you currently running?

It is possible that the download is corrupted in some way. Have you tried re-downloading it?
