Problems With Laptop Presario 722 US

1) After rebooting system, the following started to appear on screen:

C:\ Program~\ Compaq\ compaq~1\bin\Snbios2.exc
C:\ windows\Systems32\ Auto exec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft window applicarions.
Choose "Close"to terminate the application.

What is it and how to get rid of this?

2) WINDVD is working erratically, sounds and speeds are not clear.
The following appears:

"Unable to verify skins directory. Reinstall DVD"

When we try to reinstall the WinDVD/ CD version 3, the following appears:

"C:\window\Systems32\cmd.ex
C:\window\Systems32\auto exec.nt. The system is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft windows applications"
"a severe error has occured"

It looks like the two problems are related.

Please let me know how to proceed

Thanks

System specs
your machine suffers from various corrupted files - inportant files. this is most likely cause by malicious software (such as viruses) and/or a user that has poked around a bit too much. do you have any current active virus protection software running on the computer in question?
