Problem with memtest- says it cant load dos

Hey, trying to run memtest to pinpoint a problem or rule out a possibility and i created the ISO and burned it to a bootable cdr. When it boots from the cd it just says CANNOT LOAD DOS! Press any key to try again.
Any thoughts on this?
I'm using winxp, system profile is in profile

Im not to familiar with the Ramtest programme.

Maybe you should try the memtest86+ programme from www.memtest.org

Maybe there was an error during burning, or maybe the download was corrupt in some way.

well i thoguht that as well. I dl'd burned 2 separate times and both gave the same error. Not only that, i downloaded a Microsoft version of memtest, burned the ISO, booted it, and got the same exact error. I never really remember having any problems with this comp (mouse problem included) until after i updated the MSI mainboard drivers. Is there any way to roll these drivers back to factory settings? I dont use windows restore so that option is out.

I downloaded the ISO, and used a cdburning program to burn the ISO to the disc so that its marked a bootable disc.

Note: I actually specified the prog to make it a bootable ISO when it burns.

System specs
That was wrong. If you already have a bootable ISO then all you need to do is burn that image. And make sure you burn it as a CD image, not as a file.
