HELP!!! Lagging problems!!!
Hi i am having a problem playing most games online. I have a Dell Inspiron 600m and a radeaon 6000 32mb video card and 512mb memory. I am also sharing a 11mbps network with 3 other people. and when i play games online they play pretty good for a while and then they get all laggy. I have no idea how to fix this. Maybe someone can please help me with this. This is becomming extremmly annoying and would love all the help.

Are you using a hub to connect up? A router would do it much better.

Lag Tips
If you experience lag it all depends on your internet connection, if you have DSL it should be ok.
If you join a server that is far away and full of players then everyone shall experience lag. If you have more bother try reducing all your graphics settings, settings everything to minimum. By setting you game resolution to the same of your desktop your graphics would not be as taxed, therefore play better. |
