My brother and I finished modded my box about two weeks ago. Today, when I turned off my chip and tried to log into XBox Live, I got a modded box error! What the heck!? My brother's box changes his IP settings to "Manual" when he flips his switch, so I thought it might be that, but I changed it back to "Auto" and it still gives me the error. We have successfully modded two other boxes with older chips than the Xecuter 2.6 CE and those boxes work fine on live. The account is not gone. We accessed it using a different box. I think the problem must be internal, like we tripped a failsafe or something while doing the installation, but I am not sure. We are going to try logging into Live with the chip detached to see if that helps. If not, we are going to additionally reinstall the old (10GB) HDD and see if that helps. If not, I'm fresh out of ideas. Anyone else having this problem? HELP!
