CPU stuck on 100% usage

Help...

My CPU goes to 100% usage every now and then when I'm running almost no programs and only restarting will solve it.
Any ideas why?

if you are running Kazaa then that is the cause and it will stop doing that after a while.

Not running kazaa. I have closed every possible program but using task manager but it doesn't seem to help. It says that explorer is using it. The only solution I have found is restarting when it happens.

When your machine goes to 100% in task manager which process is using most of the CPU time?

Leave task manager open and sort by CPU time.
