Can't find local connection

starting computer can't find local connection, I have to restart to find it. It's fustrating and cannot get any help from manufacture or server. do you happen toknow why :bounce:

I don't think anyone happens to know why since you supplied virtually no information.

What is broken? What do you want to do? What kind of computer? What kind of operating system? What kind of network? What kind of network setup?
