My speakers went out

when i tried uninstalling and reinstalling my speakers hardware it gave me a code10 i don't know what to do. the model of my speakers is Yamaha powered multimedia speakers model YST-MS201.
 
Soundcard

Well code 10 means your sound card is bad and not giving any sound to the speakers. Also what soundcard do you have?
