Geforce 4mx integrated gpu restarts

added memory to my pc running xp/ added 2 ddr 512 when i run a video pc goes dead restarts then tells me recorved from fatal error. Tried new driver ,all running well, slowed the accelator down and still freezes and restarts ,help please.
