Newb wondering about over clocking

i have an older rig just sitting around collecting dust, so i figured this would be a good opportunity to learn a bit about the exciting world of over clocking. if anyone could offer up any sites or info on the topic i would appreciate it. also if you could please deliver this info in the same manner you would to a complete newb it would help(i dont understand all the jargun nor do i understand all the intricacies of this process). if it helps at all here is what the rig is comprised of: amd athlon 2100+, abit an7-guru mobo, pc 2700 512mb ram, 400 watt antec atx power supply, nvidia geforce 5700 256 mb video card. thanks for any help you can offer me.

Since you are using an AMD cpu, you may find this interesting.

i just read a big thing about memory timings and such. i was a bit confused on synchronous issues with the fsb. if my fsb is 400 mhz and my ram is ddr 400 is it in sync? if my fsb is still 400mhz and my ram is ddr 333 do i have to change the ratio? is there any way to make that run in sync? any help would be appreciated.
