I know this may be an old game but I still like to play it anyways I got a ATI Radeon 9550 AGP graphics card with the latest drivers and all, but the problem is when I boot up desert combat in BF1942 it just gives me a black screen then goes back top the desktop but it changes my desktop to 800by600 when I have
it on 1204by1024.

It also does this with ALL the other mods I have in BF1942, but the STRANGE this is the normal battlefield 1942 -the mods, plays fine. Only the mods crash I have done all the research I can so the only option I had was to go to you guys.

All and any help would be greatly appreciated

You have the latest patches installed?

yeah I am pretty shure 0.7 right? o btw, it was coppied over from my bros pc so
it isn't exactly installed but it used to work fine!

I would do a proper install,apply the 2 patches,1.6 and 1.61b(or something like that,the first is 280 mb and the 2nd is about 10 mb),then install dc 0.7 and dc final.
Sounds like something has happened to stop it working,u could even try copying it back across from your bros pc.
