Yahoo POP e-mail Problems

I am having a SERIOUS problem with my Yahoo account that no one has been able to help me with. A while back, I added a POP account (my BellSouth e-mail address) to Yahoo. And to make a very very long story short, even though I have deleted the BellSouth address off of the Yahoo POP mail, EVERY e-mail that is sent to my BellSouth address is still sent to my Yahoo inbox. I no longer receive ANY e-mails to BellSouth. I could maybe understand if e-mails were still being sent to both places, but no -- They are ALL being sent to Yahoo. Every BellSouth e-mail I receive gets forwarded to my Yahoo inbox and doesn't even pass by BellSouth anymore.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I AM DOING WRONG???

Unless yahoo aquired an mx record for your BellSouth (highly unlikely), BellSouth is simply forwarding the email from their servers. You'll have to contact BellSouth if you need that changed.
