Can't format my usb flash drive...

i have this mp3 player with a file system RAW but the pc can format only file systems FAT32 and FAT, how can i format my usb flash drive by using something else...please help me out because my mp3 player has got stuck and i cant do anything to fix it ....take care y'all

RAW is not a file system like fat,ntfs etc. It is a multimedia filetype. So specific programs use it or convert it depending upon what you want to do.
If you have not fomatted your player because you have a raw file on it just save it to the program u use for multi media and then format to the file system on your computer.
