Physical Memory dump with some games

I have an IBM Thinkpad with Windows 2000 Professional and sometimes when I play a game on it I get this error message
*** STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xBED23AF3, 0x00000000, 0x000000F0

KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

*** address BED23AF3 base at BECE0000, DataStamp 3dd16D56 - ati2drab.dll

Beginning dump of physical memory

Physical memory dump complete. Contact your system administrator or technical support group

Could somebody please tell me what it means and how to fix it?
It only does it on some games.

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

You problem may be caused by faulty ram.

You might want to test your ram for errors. Download the Memtest86+ programme from www.memtest.org

If you don`t have a floppy drive there is an iso version that you can burn to cd, and then boot from that. Let it run for at least seven passes.

Also take a look at this article. http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=183169&sd=RMVP
