Zalman thermal paste, good or bad to use with new VF700 Cu cooler?

I have just bought a Zalman VF700 Cu cooler, it comes supplied with thermal compound but i was just wondering if it is better or worse than my Asaka AK450 silver based stuff?

Things that come free are normally rubbish, but i wondered if anyone new from experience.

System specs
zalman make a good product, and i have foudn their thermal pastes to be of high performance/quality. if you apply it properly, there should be no problem.
