my computer keeps getting the blue screen of death because of a devise driver

I really need help here please, My computer keeps restarting anmd getting the blue screen of death i managed to get the driver file name which is,
Ntfs.SyS

i don't know what this driver does or how to locate and fix this problem, I would really appreciate any feedback thank you.

Sounds like the files been corrupted or deleted...

Now more to the point..

You can attempt to repair the file by starting windows setup using the original setup CD-ROM
Select "r" at the first screen to start repair.

If that doesnt work try this..
