To be honest, I've never even SEEN OSX, let alone tried it myself (largely due to not having a Mac.) I read here at TS that someone somewhere out there on the web had done it and released a means of getting around Apples special little chip, and I'd really like to be able to use OSX (there are a few bits and pieces that I've wanted only available on a Mac) As such, I'm wondering if anybody here has tried it, how easy it was, and how effective the end result.

Not that I want to install OSX long, personally speaking, But I wouldn't mind having a bit of a play with it to see what all the fuss is about for a little while.

yes there's a bootleg (read: illegal) copy out there. Happy you're interested,
I'll not encourage your efforts other than to say there are those that believe
Linux will be the big winner as this progresses.
