Hello
I am running Windows XP. The device manager states all is working well.... When I try to use the drive it can't read or burn any cd. "Window encountered a problem when trying to copy file" Any one running into this problem ? If yes, What can I do> MSI CD-RW MS-8348 48x16x48 Please help. Thanks, Rick :bounce: |

you need to establish what, if anything has changed before the problem occurred. it's possible that your drive has crapped out.
