Installed IME while the administrator signed in at could get to type Japanese characters. But now I'm in as a normal user, cannot type in Japanese.
It usually fully activates when MS Word is launched. The 'Input Mode' button is missing. The administrator doesn't know what to do!
How can I configure this function to show up when I'm in as a regular user?
