POST CODE 8D at boot up

hi guys, i just installed a Chaintech MP4M266A motherboard on my computer. and i got these errors at the P.O.S.T scan, the errors are : post code 52,6f,75. then after the P.O.S.T scan, my computer start to hang on a blank black screen with POST CODE 8D. i tried to boot from the floppy disk and the cd-rom to format the hard drive and install a new windows, but it didn't boot from neither the floppy disk or the cd-rom, then it just hang on a blank black screen with POST CODE 8D. so can you guys help me fix those problems please?

i tried to google the post codes but there are no help. please help me!

I can Explane this problem.
This postcode8D means that your hard disk is not good anymore. Or not good connected or your hard disk is defect.

consult your motherboard manual or manufactuer website for info.
