My mother board is a Intel Seabreeze (D845GVSR) and i was wondering if there is a way to monitor its temperature before i start trying to overclock it and such or should i just get a temperature stick.

You can try motherboard monitor 5.

It may or may not be officially supported, but if you mess with the settings for the temp settings you probably will eventually get it set up right. That's how I got my mbm setup, I selected a mobo similar to mine(same brand), and then selected the appropriate temp sensor in the options by trial and error. Your cpu should be the hottest temp usually.

Everest home edition also can check your temps.
