Help.. cant find a hidden file

as above...i accidentally hid a file...and dont know how to......un-hide it.....i even forgot the file name....but i know where it is...

can any one help???
 
In Windows Explorer, turn on "show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how here.[/b]

You can hide/unhide by setting the attribute in Explorer under File/Properties
