This problem I've been having seems to be constantly changing....

My computer has been having problems. It started off by continuously restarting while loading the desktop. I went into safemode and did a system recovery, and it stopped restarting continuously for a while, but then it started freezing sometimes while loading the desktop or sometimes restarting. Recently I've noticed it's been restarting sometimes after an hour or more has passed sometimes. I've run utilities such as Registry Fix, CCleaner, Ad-Aware SE, Spybot and both Norton and McAfee virus scanners. I've also done a scan disk but no no avail. I've got a few error messages here that might help.

I have same problem
is it memory problem ?

I also have almost exactly the same system. I have narrowed the problem down a little bit. If only one stick or RAM is installed it works fine, but when the second stick is added is when the driver_irql_not_less_or_equal error happens.

I tried a Kingston RAM instead of the Corsair and exactly the same thing happens with both sticks installed.

I upgraded Asus A8N-E BIOS to version 1010, still get the error.

If anybody has a solution, please let me know.

and they adviced me to update my ADSL modem

my ADSL modem is Alcatel
and I updated from there website
now 1 week no restarting
if the problem apear again and my pc crash ill post a massage here again

well after ur computer crash and restaring
u will see and error accured
and also u will see in the same window send to microsoft the error problem
click on send and get advice what causing the problem and how to solve it
