I read your post and was pleased to hear I may have a fix for my Creative dvd player. But, unfortunately, the link seems to be a fix for a fax problem.
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=322011 Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 322011 "You Cannot Preview a Fax in the Fax Console" If anyone one has a link to the right fix, this noob would most appreciate it.
