Yes, I know that this topic has been covered in other threads, but I am a bit computer-challenged, so I need my own set of step-by-step instructions on how to fix this. My task manager won't open at all. The icon appears in my icon tray, but the program never opens up. My computer is running extremely slow.

I'm also experiencing RUNdll errors.
