Can you give more details about what is happening when you try and turn your computer on? Do you get ANY action, or just 100% dead?

Are you able to boot up sometimes?

Run www.memtest.org for a couple hours to rule out memory problems to start.

Also run a diagnostic on your hard drive to rule out any problems there. You'll find some wester digital diagnostic programs HERE

Also, take a good look at your motherbaords capacitors (the small round tower shaped parts) and see if any of them are oozing anything out (blown).
