question with .bin and .cue

I'm not a computer whiz, I just play games.

I recently downloaded Medal of Honor Allied Assault: Spearhead
The files I got were:
MOH-SH.bin (748,104 KB)
MOH-SH.cue (1 KB)

After doing a little web surfing, I kind of understood that .bin is an image file for a cd (if I am understanding right)

My question is, is the WHOLE game in that one files? Do I have to burn it onto a cd to make it work? Is there any way I can extract it and allow me to get the data needed to install this game?

Any help will be appreciated, thank you

There are SOME programs I am OK with downloading for free.... but games? Nah. I say buy a full version and support the industry.

But to answer your question... I don't know the answer.

We here at TechSpot don't concdone or support illegal copying of games or anything. I'm sorry, but you will have to look elsewhere.
